As you’ve likely determined by now from our graphics, Omaha’s first new traditional neighborhood will be located on property bordered by State and 168th Streets, specifically the northeast corner.
The property currently features project Founder Herb Freeman’s home and will likely remain as such for the immediate future, as the planning and permitting process unfolds. In the context of the greater Omaha area, it can be found here:
